I’m Britt, it’s so nice to meet you!

I’m a Brisbane based Graphic Designer turned studio director of By May.

Hailing from Armidale NSW, I grew up around family businesses and had a constant stain on my hands from charcoal, paint or pen. I was an artist at heart and always knew I’d work in a creative field. Watching the hard work of my family gave me my love for helping businesses, and combining the two is where the magic happened.

I help passionate business owners like you, tell your story through strategic design and beautiful branding. Combining storytelling with compelling aesthetics I can ensure you have an impactful brand presence that connects with your ideal audience.

HOW DOES IT WORK

The Process

You have dream clients coming in, excited to be working with you because they already know you ‘get them’.

  • During this call I take the opportunity to learn about what you do, what drives you, any challenges you’re facing and how we could partner together on your business journey. It’s also a great way for us to give each other the vibe check to make sure we’re a great fit.

  • Once I’ve had the chance to get to know you, and see where you’re at I will pop together a project proposal. This proposal will outline how we can best work together and outline the finer details to get started.

    Once the proposal is accepted, we send over your booking paperwork and you’re in!

  • We begin our projects with a questionnaire to further understand your business and start to see it in a strategic light. We will then have a workshop meeting for larger projects or a quick zoom call to kick off our VIP Design Days.

  • By now we’re well acquainted, we’ve set the goal posts of what we want to achieve together and now it’s time to transform. We’ll take it from here keeping in constant communication throughout the process to make sure the final outcome is *Chef’s Kiss*
