Prior to our booking, I will send out a VIP Day questionnaire which asks you to outline all the tasks you’d like to get done during our session as well as a section for ‘wish-list’ items if we have some time at the end. I will tell you what is achievable and realistic from your list during the booking and get you to prioritise tasks in order of importance.

If you have a larger project that’s more time consuming we can book back-to-back days or create a custom project proposal.

No, our VIP Design Days are completed remotely with a video call to kick off the session. I require that you be contactable for the duration of our booking to make sure feedback is received promptly o make the mot of our time together.

While our largest projects offer payment plans, all VIP Design Days must be paid in full to secure your date. This ensures you have a spot in our calendar and we can plan ahead for the booking to make sure we make the most of our time together.

We require a few things from you to make sure the VIP Day is as productive as possible for you.

We will need any required access and log-ins organised before the day (such as Klaviyo, Website, Canva Logins)

We will need you to fill out the questionnaire in as much detail as possible to provide a proper brief.

If we’re working on an existing design or something that needs to be supplied in a printers template we will require all necessary working files, images and assets prior to kicking off the day

We will need to contact you by video or phone call at the beginning of the booking to confirm all details and have a chat before we get stuck into it.

We require that you be contactable by email and text/phone for the duration of the booking to provide prompt feedback.
