  • Yes! All our brand and web packages are pay-in-three. You’ll need to pay a 30% deposit upfront to secure your project start date with 30% due in 14 days and the remaining balance due 28 days after the commencement of our project together.

    If you’d prefer to pay in full this can be arranged if requested in writing.

  • Our brand packages are designed to attract your dream clients with strong brand recognition, consistency and a polished appeal at every touch-point. We create holistic brands backed by marketing strategy and research and for this reason do not offer ‘just a logo’

  • Yes. Once your website is complete I will transfer ownership to you. The monthly hosting payment will depend on whether we build your website on Squarespace or Shopify. You’ll also have to pay your annual domain name fee, these vary but generally start from around $30 per year.

  • This can be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 



    Our brand design packages are designed to create tailored solutions to connect your business with dream clients. Our strategic direction informs our design decisions and direction for all aspects of the brand, so if we don't feel you have an aligned logo, we may not be able to take on your project without going through the full branding process first. 



    We will not work with logos designed in Canva as they can’t be copyrighted. Most clients find they benefit most from a full rebrand to align with their business goals.

  • The Brand Mastery experience generally takes 4 weeks. This can be dependant on the time it takes to receive information and feedback.

  • Absolutely. We’re big believers in having a consistent brand presence across every touch point and will customise your proposal to suit your specific business needs. We have created post cards, uniforms, expo stands, packaging, merch and so much more for our clients.

    If you’re not ready to add extra marketing collateral now but will need it in the future we offer VIP Design days to get all of your design to-do list ticked off.
